Bellaboux Returns and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Bellaboux! We strive to provide you with high-quality clothing and a seamless shopping experience. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please Note:

• Clearance items are not eligible for return.
• Customised or personalised items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. All tags must be still on all items.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your purchase. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Faulty Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately for assistance. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Subscription Boxes

Returns are not accepted for subscription box purchases unless the product is faulty. If you receive a defective item in your subscription box, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the box, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
